RATES

  • Event photography rates are hourly and calculated to the nearest 15-minute mark of time spent on-site.

  • For multi-day events, each day is treated as a new start.

  • Any parking fees incurred will be included on the invoice.

  • If your event is more than 30 miles outside of Baton Rouge, please contact me about travel fees.

  • The fee covers shooting time as well as editing time, with a 10 business day turnaround. Images will be professionally edited and uploaded onto an online gallery that can be shared with anyone you choose. You can also opt to have a custom photo app downloaded to your phone.

  • Each event is different, but in most cases you can expect 25-40 shots per hour. These will be a mixture of people, details, venue/scenery, and anything else we discuss before the event.

  • Anywhere you like. Use them in print publications, in-house materials, social media, websites, photo albums, or print them as gifts.

  • No problem. You’ll receive all the same amenities as longer events, just note that the charge will be subject to the $250 minimum.

  • Invoices are sent electronically, and payments can be made online with a credit card or bank transfer. Checks by mail are also accepted.

  • $250 minimum for the first two hours

  • $100 per hour after the minimum

  • Half Day: $550

  • Full Day: $850
